Ewa Delaunay

Ewa Delaunay has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Ewa is currently the Managing Director at Lilou, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Lilou from January 2020 to May 2022. In 2019, Ewa took a sabbatical from work.

Before joining Lilou, Ewa served as the Group Retail and Operations Director at SMYK Group, a leading international multi-channel retail chain, from October 2016 to October 2019. Ewa also held the position of Retail and Operations Director at SMYK Group from January 2013 to September 2016.

Ewa's retail experience began at Nike, where they worked as a Retail Operations Manager from February 2008 to December 2012. Prior to that, they were a Retail Area Manager at Nike from May 2004 to January 2008.

Ewa started their career at Tatuum, a clothing brand, where they worked as an Area Manager from August 2002 to April 2004. Ewa also served as a Store Manager at Tatuum from August 2000 to July 2002.

Ewa Delaunay's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie and obtained a Master's degree in German Philology. After that, in 1998, they pursued an MBA in Organization and Management in International Enterprises from EDHEC Business School, completing their studies in 2000. In 2005, they attended Oxford Retail University and studied Retail Management for a brief period. Recently, in 2021, Ewa enrolled at Kozminski University to specialize in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce, which they completed in 2022.
