Katarzyna Blichewicz

Katarzyna Blichewicz began their work experience as a Deputy Store Manager at SMYK Group in October 2002 and held this role until September 2005. From September 2005 to December 2014, they worked as a Store Manager at the same company. In January 2015, they transitioned to the role of E-Commerce Operations Coordinator and held this position until June 2018. From July 2018 to October 2021, they served as the Poland Operations Manager at SMYK Group. In June 2021, they joined Lilou as the Head of Omnichannel Operations.

Katarzyna Blichewicz has a diverse education history. Katarzyna completed a postgraduate degree in Handel elektroniczny at Kozminski University from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they pursued another postgraduate degree in Coaching i Mentoring at WSTS from 2013 to 2014. Their educational journey began with a Master's degree in Pedagogika specjalna i kształcenie specjalne at Akademia Pedagogiki Specjalnej im. Marii Grzegorzewskiej w Warszawie, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
