Debby Weiss

Debby Weiss has a diverse range of experience in customer success roles. Debby is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Lily AI, where they help retail brands improve on-site search conversion and personalized product discovery. Prior to Lily AI, Debby worked as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at PX and FreshAddress, LLC, where they assisted businesses in email data intelligence and growing their email lists. Debby also served as a Senior Customer Success Executive at AdQuire Media, specializing in opt-in acquisition targets. Earlier in their career, Debby held positions at Validity Inc., BriteVerify, and Origin Ads Group, where they worked in customer success, renewals and expansions, business development, and campaign management.

Debby Weiss holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Strategic Marketing from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Debby also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of South Florida. Furthermore, Debby holds an International Studies Certificate in International Marketing from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Debby has recently obtained a certification as a Totango Creator: Success Leader from Totango in September 2022.
