James Beauchamp

James Beauchamp serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Lily AI since January 2024. Previously, James held various leadership roles at Zeta Global from November 2015 to January 2024, including Senior Vice President of Client Services and Group Vice President of Client Services. Prior to Zeta Global, James worked at eBay Enterprise from July 2013 to November 2015, where responsibilities included managing CRM delivery operations. James began a career in digital marketing and analytics at e-Dialog, holding multiple positions from September 2007 to July 2013, and also had experience at Cancer Research UK and Emailvision. James earned a BSc Hons in Business Information Technology from Kingston University, completing the degree in 2004.
