Talia Santiago began their work experience in 2016 as a Shift Lead at Poki Time, where they were responsible for customer service and inventory management. In 2018, they joined SEPHORA as a Beauty Advisor, providing personalized consultations to clients and assisting with product knowledge. Talia also briefly worked as a Cashier at SEPHORA. In 2021, Talia worked at Vaco as a Content Project Coordinator, and later joined Lily AI as a People Operations Coordinator. In this role, they managed employee lifecycle events, supported team building activities, and led people programs.
Talia Santiago obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University, completing their education from 2016 to 2020.
