Laura del Degan

Laura Del Degan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner Manager at Lima Corporate since September 2019, Laura leads a global team, translating business demands into HR strategies for over 700 employees across multiple functions including Operations, R&D, Global Marketing, and Finance. Previous roles at Lima Corporate included HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner & Industrial Relations, focusing on labor relations and operational HR management. Prior to Lima Corporate, Laura worked at Leroy Merlin as an HR Business Partner and managed HR issues for Automotive Lighting as an HR Specialist, overseeing recruitment and employee training. Laura's career began in the legal field, having served as a Lawyer and Trainee Lawyer, preceded by an internship at the Public Prosecutor's Office. Laura holds a Master's degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Udine and achieved the title of Lawyer from the Bologna court of appeals.
