Freddy Boutrot

Freddy Boutrot is a highly experienced scientist specializing in plant molecular biology and biotechnology. Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at LIMAGRAIN EUROPE since September 2021, Freddy has previously held key positions including Chief Science and Technology Officer at Anova-Plus and Independent Researcher at Boutrot Laboratory, focusing on plant resistance against pathogens. Noteworthy past roles include leading a translational research program at The Sainsbury Laboratory and multiple post-doctoral positions there, where Freddy investigated genetic resistance to corn diseases and Arabidopsis pathology.
