Izabela Michalak has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Izabela started their career in 2006 as a Relationship Manager in Raiffeisen Faktoring sp z o.o., where they were responsible for managing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. Izabela then moved on to PZU in 2007 as a Customer Service Specialist, providing assistance to customers. In 2008, they worked as a Customer Advisor in bank personal and private banking at Raiffeisen bank S.A.Polska before joining Nasza Klasa Sp. z o.o. in 2009 as a Quality Manager, ensuring quality control in the organization. Their most recent role was at Limango Sp. z o.o. where they progressed from a Customer Service Specialist to a Customer Service Team Leader and eventually became the Head of Customer Service in September 2016.
Izabela Michalak completed their Master's degree in Business Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2006 to 2011. Izabela also obtained additional certifications, including "Design Thinking - wstęp do projektowania biznesu" from Akademicki Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego and "Fundamenty zarządzania zmianami i projektami" from Grzegorz Szalajko - Making things happen, both in 2021. In 2014, they obtained a certification in "Zarządzanie Team leader" from Turnau Global Consulting. Additionally, they have attended courses and trainings on "Fundamenty zarządzania zmianami i projektami" at an unspecified time.
