Tiffany Jones

Tiffany Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tiffany currently serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Lime Technology Inc. since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations Manager at the same company from July 2019 to October 2021.

In 2020, Tiffany founded Kenza Collective, where they serve as the CEO and Co-Founder. Kenza Collective is a platform aimed at empowering parents who work as independent contractors.

Before that, they worked as an Operations Consultant at Tiffany M Jones starting in July 2019, utilizing their expertise in operations and project management accumulated over a decade. Tiffany has experience in design and website development agencies, coworking spaces, and video production, with a focus on streamlining operations, fostering efficient communication, and building healthy company cultures.

From 2016 to 2019, Tiffany worked as a Producer at Cosmic, a graphic and web design agency, where they led an internal team and managed remote employees and development teams. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations and Technology Manager at NextSpace Coworking + Innovation, being responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple coworking locations.

Tiffany also has experience as a Project Manager at SW Creatives, a graphic and web design firm specializing in nonprofits, and as a Community Manager & Co-Founder at Creative Colony, a coworking space in downtown Silver Spring, MD.

Additionally, they served as the Founder and Executive Director of the Reel Water Film Festival, a film festival aimed at raising awareness of the global water crisis and supporting water projects locally and abroad.

Tiffany's early work experience includes roles as a Production Manager at Mark Leisher Productions / Peak HD, LLC and as a Media and Communications Director at Journey's Crossing, where they managed various aspects of print materials, websites, social media campaigns, and live services.

Throughout their career, Tiffany has demonstrated skills in leadership, project management, problem-solving, and fostering strong relationships within communities and organizations.

Tiffany Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film Production from Biola University. Tiffany also completed a program in Short Form Production at the Travel Channel Academy.
