Alden M. has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Alden is currently working at Lime as the Lead Technical Recruiter, handling recruitment for various departments including product, engineering, finance, and logistics. Prior to this, they worked at ID R&D as a Talent Advisor.

Before that, Alden M. was employed at 6sense as a Senior Engineering Recruiter and Recruiter, responsible for both technical and non-technical hiring. Alden also served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Umbrella Network.

In addition to their corporate roles, Alden M. has experience working on short-term contracts. Alden was a Recruitment Advisor at Revive Media, providing sourcing advice for programmatic roles in AdTech. Moreover, they worked at Amazon as a Technical Recruiter, where they achieved notable milestones such as extending offers to multiple candidates within a short period and successfully placing candidates for various roles.

Furthermore, Alden M. has entrepreneurship experience as they founded their own recruiting shop called MP Talent. Alden trained and hired three other recruiters and operated under a retained model. Alden also founded a startup called Stealth Startup, where they recruited a team to develop an automation tool for recruiting.
