Mélanie Loubiou has a diverse background in human resources, starting in 2014 with positions at Villages Accueillants and Groupe Atlantic, where they gained experience in HR and labor law. Mélanie then moved on to Abercrombie & Fitch as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they had a hands-on role in various projects. In 2016, they joined INTVS.ORG as a volunteer, focusing on environmental awareness and island cleaning in the Philippines. Following this, they became a Talent Management Specialist for the Latin America Region at Sanofi, where they worked with regional and local stakeholders. Mélanie then transitioned to Volvo Trucks France as an HRBP, supporting managers, managing labor relations, and contributing to the company's strategy. Currently, they are a Senior Manager, HRBP at Lime, responsible for HR matters across the EMEA region and leading the EMEA HR team. Throughout their career, Mélanie has demonstrated an ability to take on new challenges and develop their skills in various HR roles.

Mélanie Loubiou started their education at Lycée Théophile Gautier. The specific degree and field of study from this institution are unknown. Mélanie then went on to attend Université Toulouse 1 Capitole from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Licence (Bachelor) in Droit français et droit des pays du common law (French law & Common Law). Mélanie proceeded to enroll at Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III) from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master 1 in Droit social interne, européen et international (French, European and International Labour Law). Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they attended Nantes Université, completing their education with a Master 2 degree in Droit Social et Management des ressources humaines (Labour Law and Management of Human Resources).
