Rania Bouaouina

Rania Bouaouina has a diverse work experience history. Rania started their career as a Research Assistant at the Rhine Ruhr Institute for Social Research and Policy Consulting from May 2011 to June 2014. Rania then worked as an Apprentice at Ipsos for three months in 2015. Following this, they joined British American Tobacco as a Research Assistant from September 2015 to December 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health from February to June, and simultaneously served as a Client Service Advisor at Otto Group from July 2017 to July 2019. Rania then worked as a Research Consultant at INNOFACT AG from August 2019 to May 2021. Most recently, they joined Lime as an Operations Associate in June 2021 and was promoted to Operations Manager in May 2022.

Rania Bouaouina completed their education at the Ruhr University Bochum. From 2009 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. Later, they pursued further studies at the same university and from 2014 to 2019, they successfully completed a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences.
