Josef Vollmayr

Josef Vollmayr is the co-founder and managing director of Limehome, a hotel chain with a focus on sustainability. Josef has over eight years of experience in the consultancy and hospitality industry. Prior to their current role, Josef worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, where they advised clients on strategy, operations, and organizational design. Josef has also taught courses on empirical research methods at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and served as a research assistant and PhD candidate at the University of Mannheim. Josef's passion for sustainability began when they were working as a management consultant for BMW Group, where they helped develop the company's strategy for selling electric vehicles in Japan.

Josef Vollmayr's educational career began at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they studied economics. Josef then went on to the University of Mannheim to study business administration.
