Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Propietario at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a Nutrióloga at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics and the history of food as a Catedrático universitario from August 2016 to August 2017.
