Joshua Dunn

Joshua Dunn has a strong background in data science and machine learning. Joshua started their career as a Research Data Scientist at C3Resources in 2014, where they developed machine learning models and improved hyper-parameter search for nu-SVM based models. Joshua also applied machine learning fault detection to identify significant savings in utility consumption.

In 2015, Joshua joined ENGIE – UK & Ireland as a Lead Data Scientist, where they designed and built data flows and machine learning models for the C3NTNIEL Energy Management Platform. Joshua conducted research and development of new models and algorithms, including inventing a time series backfilling algorithm and creating a fault detection and diagnostics framework. Joshua worked on discovering and diagnosing HVAC issues causing high energy usage.

Currently, Joshua is working at Limejump as a Senior Data Scientist since 2021.

Joshua Dunn obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics from Swansea University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.
