Aileen Virola is the Vice President of Customer Success at Limelight Platform. Aileen has over fifteen years of experience in marketing, business development, and management.

Aileen started their career as a Business Consultant at TBA Agency Inc., where they were responsible for onboarding new clients, assessing scope of work, drafting contracts/MSAs, and marketing the company to prospective clients. Aileen was later promoted to President of the company, a position they held for six years.

In 2016, Aileen joined GMR Marketing as Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of client service delivery, including account management, project management, and operations. Aileen played a key role in identifying growth and development opportunities for the company.

In 2020, Aileen joined Limelight Platform as Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, they lead strategic initiatives for customer success and loyalty. Aileen also spearheads efforts to build a passionate, high-performing, customer-focused team. Aileen is also responsible for measuring and improving effectiveness by defining and executing operational metrics. In addition, they recommend product launches and assesses the feasibility of new product additions to the platform.

Aileen Virola has a Bachelor of Arts from York University in Specialized Honours in English Literature. Aileen also has a certification from iPEC Coaching in Certified Professional Coach and ELI-MP.
