Candice Dias

Candice Dias is an experienced professional in customer experience and design, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Limelight Platform since October 2020, where responsibilities include liaising with product teams and overseeing onboarding processes. Prior roles at Limelight include Customer Enablement Manager and Manager of Client Services, during which Candice managed client engagement initiatives and project management. Previous experience includes UX/UI Design Manager at Big Bear Software, leading web design and client management, and operating Candice Dias Media & Design, offering creative services in user experience and branding. Candice holds a Bachelor of Fine Art and a Bachelor of Arts from Ryerson University, as well as a Foundation Degree from the University of the Arts London.
