Alejandra Ruiz is an experienced construction estimator and project manager with a strong background in architecture and construction. Currently at Limen Group Ltd. since September 2017, Alejandra specializes in analyzing documents and performing quantity take-offs for pricing purposes. Previously, Alejandra held the position of Sr. Project Manager at Grupo Rasch, overseeing multiple projects across Mexico and Latin America and ensuring quality execution while managing client communications. Alejandra's experience includes managing clean room construction projects and architectural solutions at Grupo Rasch and serving as a partner and architect at TEA, where project management and budgeting were key responsibilities. Alejandra began the professional journey as an engineering and architectural drafter at Oliver Projectes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Diploma in Project Management from the same institution.
