David Hise

David Theire is currently the COO of Limestone Bank. Prior to this, they served as VP of Corporate Counsel and Director of Loan Operations for Limestone Bank, Inc. from May 2014 to January 2017. From November 2012 to May 2014, they were with River Road Asset Management, LLC as Compliance and Legal Departments, advising and supporting the compliance and legal departments, preparing and filing U.S. and international regulatory reports, including Form ADV, 13G, 13D, and 13F filings, managing internal compliance systems and testing, advising on contracts, managing internal IT transition, advising on sale and acquisition of firm, advising on employment contracts, assisting in preparation of marketing materials and disclosures, providing legal research to analysts and portfolio managers, assisting in internal and external audits and client reporting, assisting in management of disaster recovery plan, managing preparation of firm’s first SOC 1 and IT audit, managing U.S. and international external counsel relationships, advising on firm insurance, including D&O, E&O and ERISA bonding, conducting on-site review of satellite office, assisting in employee compliance and ethics training, and providing other general counsel to firm.

David Theire graduated from Harrodsburg High School. David then attended Centre College, where they received a B.A. in Theirtory. Finally, they attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, where they received a J.D.
