Cecilia Petrella

Cecilia Petrella has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Cecilia has served as a Director Medical Affairs and Clinical Manager at LimFlow SA since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Claret Medical from July 2015 to September 2017. Cecilia also worked at Mauna Kea Technologies as a US Clinical Project Manager, where they played a pivotal role in driving clinical studies and innovation in endomicroscopy from January 2014 to July 2015. Before that, they were a Program Coordinator/Clinical Research Associate at the Medical University of South Carolina, actively participating in the planning and implementation of research programs in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, from January 2013 to January 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Clinical Research Project Manager at FirstString Research Inc. from January 2012 to January 2013, focusing on scar prevention and tissue regeneration therapeutics. Prior to that, they gained research experience at Yale University School of Medicine, where they worked as a Senior Research and as a Clinical Research Assistant, contributing to studies on follicle development and the effects of eszopiclone regime on insomniac schizophrenics. Cecilia also served as a Head Freshman Counselor at Yale University, where they facilitated the transition of incoming freshmen to college life. Lastly, they worked as a Lab Assistant at Yale University's Monteiro Lab, where they assisted with model organisms and conducted basic research procedures related to wing patterns.

Cecilia Petrella attended Indian Springs School from 2005 to 2007. Cecilia then pursued an Intensive Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University from 2007 to 2011.
