William Charnley, MBA

William Charnley, MBA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Liminal since October 2020, contributing extensive experience in operations and program management. Prior to this role, William held the position of Director of Systems & Growth at Learning by Giving Foundation, where collaboration with the Board led to a significant reduction in expenses. As Director of Program Services at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay, leadership resulted in high-performance metrics for the department. Additional experience includes roles as a Social Security Disability Advocate and various internships, where skills in diversity, operations, and program development were cultivated. William Charnley earned an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in History, Community, Advocacy, and Social Policy from Boston College.
