Heidi Liou

Heidi Liou is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and partnerships. Currently serving as the first CX hire at Limitless since February 2023, Heidi is integral to creating tools that enhance human intelligence with artificial intelligence, contributing to the company's growth from seed stage to Series A funding. As the founder of The Agave Haus, an NYC-based mentorship program launched in May 2024, Heidi focuses on uplifting Asian women in tech. Previously, at Supermove from August 2020 to February 2023, Heidi held the position of CX/Partnerships as the first go-to-market hire, helping the company evolve from seed stage to Series A. Earlier career experiences include roles as an analyst at J.P. Morgan and as a product team member at Macy's. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
