Erin Treinen

Erin Treinen currently serves as the Director of Development and Communications at Limitless Horizons Ixil since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Reporting, Learning, and Communication Senior Coordinator at Creative Associates International, where Erin wrote comprehensive reports for U.S. stakeholders. At Common Hope, Erin held various positions, culminating in Associate Director of Sponsorship and Visitor Experience, where responsibilities included restructuring programs and leading a team to enhance sponsor engagement, particularly during the pandemic. In earlier roles, Erin secured substantial grant funding, coordinated health programs in Guatemala with HELPS International, and promoted healthy habits among children through innovative curriculum development as a Peace Corps volunteer. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
