Jason James is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in impact evaluation, capacity building, and project management. Currently serving as an Impact and Evaluation Consultant at Limitless Horizons Ixil, Jason conducts research for decision-making, prepares budgets, delivers training, and reviews monitoring and evaluation plans. Previous roles include Capacity Building and Evaluation Manager, where Jason expanded onboarding processes and delivered workshops, and Operations and Development Manager, focusing on grant writing and budget management. Notably, as School Construction Field Manager at Building Goodness Foundation, Jason successfully managed the construction of educational facilities despite significant challenges. Jason's educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Development Studies from The George Washington University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
