Johan Danielsson's work experience starts with their role in Radici Pietro Industries & Brands S.p.a, a carpet factory where they worked in sales starting in October 2016. Johan then moved on to becoming an Area Sales Manager for Limonta S.p.A. in June 2019. In 2022, Johan founded Nordisk Interiör AB and changed its name to Nordisk Interior AB. Previously, they were the owner and salesperson for Nordisk Interiörtvätt, a carpet and furniture cleaning company that also provided cleaning product representation. Johan also founded Altantvätt.se in 2019, specializing in cleaning outdoor wooden or stone patios. Before that, Johan worked for Desyt AB, starting as a production manager in October 2004 and later transitioning to an account manager role in January 2010. Lastly, in their early years, Johan pursued motocross racing and participated in various races from 1995 to 2011.

In 2015, Johan went to Svenska fotbollsförbundet and earned a degree in Svff c-diplom, specializing in leadership in children's football.

The following year, in 2016, they enrolled at Sisu and completed the Grundtränarutbildning 2, focused on youth leadership training. In the same year, they also completed the Grundtränarutbildning 1 at Sisu, which further enhanced their skills in youth leadership.

Additionally, in 2016, Johan attended Sisu and received training in the field of children's leadership through the Plattformen program.

Expanding their expertise beyond football, in 2018, they attended Svemo and acquired a degree in motocross coaching through the Motocrosstränare steg 2 course.

Prior to pursuing football and motocross coaching, Johan studied Ledarskap i ungdomsfotboll (Leadership in youth football) at Svenska fotbollsförbundet in 2022, where they completed the UEFA C degree.
