Michael Vandieren

Michael VanDieren is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic planning across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of MedTech at Linamar Corporation since October 2025, Michael leads initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the MedTech CDMO sector. Prior to this role, Michael was the Vice President of Corporate & Business Development at The Shyft Group from January 2020 to June 2025, where efforts included strategic planning, acquisitions, and the development of proprietary deals. Michael's previous tenure at Linamar from October 2007 to January 2020 as Vice President of Corporate Development involved driving strategy to achieve significant revenue growth. Earlier career experiences include serving as Finance Manager at Ford Motor Company, overseeing substantial budgets and divestiture efforts, and working as Project Manager at Ducker Worldwide. Michael holds an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and a BBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
