Paul Underwood

Paul Underwood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Linamar Corporation since March 2021, Paul Underwood previously held the position of Plant Manager at Dura Automotive Systems LLC from March 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, Paul Underwood worked at FreightCar America, Inc. as the Director of Manufacturing and Lean Transformation, as well as in roles such as Production Manager and Value Stream Manager from June 2014 to February 2021. Additionally, Paul Underwood owned and operated a performance automotive machine shop, Performance Werks Racing, from January 2006 to February 2015. Earlier in career, Paul Underwood served as General Manager at Krispy Kreme from May 1996 to May 2006, and played a key role as a Team Leader for new store openings across multiple states and locations. Paul Underwood holds an educational background from the University of Memphis, and completed studies at Bolton High School prior to that.
