Donielle Nichols

Donielle Nichols has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Donielle currently holds the position of Vice President Finance at Linc Housing. Prior to that, they worked at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as the Vice President- Operations Finance, where they provided leadership to a team of 25 and managed financial and business implications for the US region. Donielle also served as the Director of Finance- Development, Design, and Construction (West Coast), where they led a team of 5 and handled financial reporting and analysis for development projects.

Before joining Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Donielle worked at Westfield in various roles, including Director of Finance - Operations (West Coast), Senior Manager- Investor Relations/Joint Ventures, and Senior Manager-Financial Reporting & Business Planning. Donielle also gained experience in finance as an Assistant Controller at Watt Commercial Properties.

Donielle's earlier experience includes roles at Westfield as a Development Finance Manager, Development CAM & Tax Analyst, Project Controller, and Senior Accountant. Donielle has a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.

Donielle Nichols completed the Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management and received a certificate of completion in Women's Leadership in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA at the University of Redlands from 2003 to 2005, with a focus on Business. Their education journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Cal State Dominguez Hills, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996.
