Melissa Ginter

Melissa Ginter is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in healthcare and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Sound Physicians since November 2024, Melissa oversees Revenue Cycle Management, Payor Contracting, and Value-Based Care Finance. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Vice President of Finance at Duly Health and Care from November 2021 to November 2024, focusing on analytics, forecasting, and financial oversight in Revenue Cycle Management and Physician Compensation. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Senior Vice President at Gallagher, where strategic consulting for the Intergovernmental Personnel Benefits Cooperative was a key responsibility, and as Franchise Owner and CFO of Freedom Boat Club of Chicago, successfully growing and selling a small business franchise. Melissa also served as Vice President Finance and CFO for the Great Lakes Region at Aetna, contributing significantly to financial results and strategic insights. Melissa holds a BS in Finance from Creighton University and an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University.
