Paul Nowatka

Paul Nowatka is an experienced political consultant currently serving as Vice-President at Nowatka & Associates since July 2008. In addition to this role, Paul has been the Corporate Secretary for LINC Housing, a not-for-profit affordable housing developer, and an Advisor for the Western Museum of Flight since 2006, participating in city meetings on behalf of the Museum. Paul held the position of Director and Public Relations Chairman at the Salvation Army from 1998 to 2010 and served as a Councilman for the Torrance City Council from 2000 to 2008. Prior experience includes a lengthy career with the Torrance Police Department from 1961 to 1994, where Paul advanced to the rank of Lieutenant and was Adjutant to the Chief of Police. Paul holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the University of Southern California and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Administration of Justice/History from El Camino Community College.
