Xavier Blay i Ibáñez began their work experience as an AI Programmer at Lince Works in September 2015. Xavier held this position until April 2023. Following that, they joined Tequila Works as a Programmer in May 2023 and their employment there is ongoing.

Xavier Blay i Ibáñez began their education journey in 2009 at Escola Tècnica Professional del Clot, where they pursued their Bachillerato degree in the field of Tecnológico. Xavier attended this school until 2011. Following that, Xavier enrolled in Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2011 and completed their Grado degree in the field of Ingeniería informática in 2016.
