Jordan Richter has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Dominium Development & Acquisitions, where they were involved in modeling potential multi-family acquisitions and projecting future rental incomes. They then interned at Target Corporation as a business analyst, where they created a system to identify and recommend sales plans and forecasted advertisement sales. After that, Jordan joined PNC as a Corporate & Institutional Banking Analyst. They later joined Dominium as a Staff Associate, Development Associate, and Senior Development and Acquisitions Associate, working on various roles related to development and acquisitions. Currently, Jordan is working at Lincoln Avenue Capital, first as a Director and now as a Vice President.
From 2009 to 2013, Jordan Richter attended the Wisconsin School of Business. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, Investments & Banking.
