Trevor Allen

Trevor Allen possesses extensive experience in asset management and real estate, currently serving as Manager of Asset Management at Lincoln Avenue Communities since April 2022, previously holding the role of Senior Associate. Prior to this, Trevor worked at Housing Partnership Equity Trust from October 2018 to May 2022 as Director of Real Estate, where responsibilities included collaborating with non-profit investment partners to assess acquisition opportunities and manage portfolio performance. Trevor's career also includes positions at JLL as a Senior Analyst focused on U.S. Army Portfolio Asset Management, as well as earlier roles in digital media and retail management internships. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College, graduated in 2014.
