Zach Perron

Zach Perron serves as Associate General Counsel at Lincoln Avenue Communities since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in real estate law from previous positions as a Real Estate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Goulston & Storrs, and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Perron began legal career with a Summer Associate role at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in 2016 and further gained experience as a Summer Associate at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC in 2015. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance with a Minor in Economics from Fordham University.
