Junisha Tavarez

Junisha Tavarez is an accomplished professional in the fields of social work and organizational management, currently serving as the Internship Program Manager, Employee Experience Manager, and People Coordinator at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion MSW Intern at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation and Administrative Assistant at Hunter East Harlem Gallery. Junisha also worked as a Case Manager at Exodus Transitional Community, Inc., and held multiple leadership and assistant roles at the University at Albany, SUNY, where significant contributions included co-founding Planned Parenthood Generation. Junisha holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's Studies from the University at Albany.
