Tim Johnson is an accomplished County Administrator for Lincoln County, a position held since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Director for the City of Federal Way from September 2014 to March 2022, where similar responsibilities were undertaken in a different state. Johnson also worked as the Principal at Johnson & Associates from January 2007 to September 2014, providing consulting services to businesses and local governments focusing on economic development, grant writing, and project management. Additionally, from July 1999 to December 2006, Johnson was the Executive Director of the Yuba-Sutter Economic Development Corporation, managing an award-winning economic development program and leading efforts with a diverse board comprising local, state, and federal representatives.
