Jen Shafarenko

Jen Shafarenko has over 20 years of experience in customer care and business development at Lincoln Electric, with a progressive career including roles such as Director of Customer Care, Senior Manager of Business Development, and several management positions in customer service and product management. Prior to this, Jen served as the Executive Chair of the University Program Board at Case Western Reserve University. Jen holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, along with additional education from The University of Akron.
