Jill Craciun

Jill Craciun has extensive work experience in HR and leadership roles. Jill is currently the Director of Strategic HR Initiatives at Lincoln Electric. Previously, they worked at Capgemini as the HR Transformation Lead, Americas SBU and Engineering GBL, where they led the re-design and implementation of People Manager roles and assignments for thousands of employees. Jill also served as the Head of Learning and Development, North America, where they transformed the L&D function and developed career roadmaps for employees. Jill has also held positions as the Human Resources Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Capgemini, where they played a key role in developing the HR agenda and talent strategy, and provided strategic advice and support to the executive leadership team. Before joining Capgemini, they worked as an Executive Program Manager at EY and Manager at CGE&Y.

Jill Craciun obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
