Kathy Gargasz

Kathy Gargasz has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, primarily with Lincoln Electric since June 1994, where roles have included General Manager of the Machine Division, Superintendent of Euclid Consumables, Production Team Lead in the Flux Department, Environmental Coordinator, and Manufacturing Engineer. Furthermore, Kathy worked as an Independent Sales Consultant for Mary Kay Inc. from April 2011 to 2013. Educationally, Kathy obtained an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University during 1997-1998 and holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton, earned between 1989 and 1993.
