Lauren Franklin

Lauren Franklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and financial reporting. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Lincoln Electric since March 2011, Lauren has advanced through various roles within the company, including Director of Total Rewards, Director of Compensation, Assistant Corporate Controller, and Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to joining Lincoln Electric, Lauren worked at Deloitte & Touche from September 2005 to March 2011, where responsibilities included positions as Audit Manager, Audit Senior, and Audit Staff. Lauren holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University, obtained in 2005 and 2004, respectively.
