Scott Laws

Scott Laws is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Prisma Health since July 2025. Prior to this role, Scott was the Vice President of HR Strategy & Performance at Advocate Health from May 2023 to August 2025. Scott's extensive career at Atrium Health spanned nearly a decade, holding various titles including System Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Technology, Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier in his career, Scott was the Senior Director of Human Resource Information Systems / Planning and Analysis at Belk, where Scott also held roles as Director and Manager of Workforce Planning. Scott holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pfeiffer University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
