Luís Dias

Luís Dias has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies. Luís started their career at Visteon as an IT professional from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they worked as a consultant for Novabase in 1998. In 1999, they established their own company, Consulmentor, where they served as the owner and director until 2006.

In 2003, Luís joined Global N as a project manager until 2004. Luís then moved on to Electro-Arco, SA in 2004, initially working as an IT professional until 2006. Luís continued their tenure at Electro-Arco, SA as the financial manager from 2006 to 2008. Luís also served as the director of the company from 2007 to 2008.

From 2008 onwards, Luís joined Lincoln Electric, starting as the finance manager at Electro-Arco, SA. Luís then took on the role of the European finance director from 2011 to 2016. Currently, Luís holds the position of Vice President, Finance, International Welding at Lincoln Electric since July 2016.

Luís Dias completed an E-MBA in Management at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2008. Earlier, from 1991 to 1996, they obtained a degree in Information Technology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
