Mahasweta Chanda

Mahasweta Chanda has work experience in both industry and academia. Mahasweta started their career in 2015 as an Assistant Professor at JNTUK University College of engineering Vizianagaram, where they worked until 2017. In 2019, they joined Lincoln Electric as a Project Trainee for a few months before being promoted to the role of Lean Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Head Manufacturing Quality at Lincoln Electric, starting from April 2021.

Mahasweta Chanda obtained a Master's degree in Welding Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 2017 to 2019. Mahasweta completed their Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from JNTUK University College of Engineering Vizanagaram from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied at Sri Chaitanya Junior Kalasala from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their Intermediate education with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Lastly, from an undisclosed year to 2009, they attended Fort Catholic Girls School, where they completed their 4th-10th grade education with the ICSE curriculum.
