Matt Rhoades

Matt Rhoades is a Business Development Manager for Cutting Solutions at Lincoln Electric since December 2021, bringing extensive experience in technical sales and product management. Prior to Lincoln Electric, Matt Rhoades served as Technical Sales Manager at UNISIG Deep Hole Drilling Systems from April 2021 to November 2021 and held various positions at Messer Cutting Systems for over 13 years, including Product Manager for Technology and Processes and applications and field service engineer roles. Matt Rhoades began a career in the US Navy, serving as a Fire Control Technician from August 2001 to November 2007, where responsibilities included working with the Phalanx CIWS weapons system and leading combat systems training. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from Purdue Global, as well as a diploma in Robotics from Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology.
