Anna Villanova

Anna Villanova is an experienced leader in the claims operation industry, currently serving as Director at Lincoln Financial Group since July 2018. In this role, Anna provides leadership for the Core National segment, overseeing a team of up to 12 managers responsible for administering disability, state paid leave, and Family Medical Leave benefits for diverse clients. Previously, Anna held managerial positions focused on developing teams and enhancing customer experiences at Lincoln Financial Group and worked in various capacities, including Senior Short Term Disability Case Manager, at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Anna holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
