David Berman

David Berman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements across various sectors. Currently serving as AVP, Senior Counsel at Lincoln Financial since June 2022, Berman specializes in information technology and consulting agreements. Prior roles include Senior Attorney for Commercial Transactions at Con Edison, where responsibilities encompassed technology and research agreements, and Intellectual Property and Contracts Counsel at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, focusing on technology agreements and new media policies.
