Scott Gainey

Scott Gainey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and general counsel roles. Currently serving as AVP Senior Counsel at Kemper since April 2014, Scott previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Nationwide from 2001 to 2014. Scott holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Akron School of Law, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kent State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from The University of Akron.
