Heather Deichler

Heather Deichler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heather currently holds the position of SVP, Group Protection at Lincoln Financial Group since March 2023. Previously, they served as SVP, Head of MoneyGuard at Lincoln Financial Distributors from October 2019 to March 2023.

Prior to their time at Lincoln Financial, Heather worked at New York Life Insurance Company. Heather'sroles here included Vice President, Long Term Care from February 2018 to October 2019, Vice President, Group and Worksite from March 2015 to February 2018, Corporate Vice President, Head of Product and Strategy (Group Membership Association) from May 2012 to March 2016, AVP, Executive Benefits (COLI/BOLI) Head of Marketing, Finance and Operations from March 2012 to March 2013, Assistant Vice President - Executive Planning and Coordination from July 2011 to March 2012, and Legislative Analyst from September 2009 to July 2011.

Heather began their professional career as a Legal Assistant at Rapport, Meyers, et al from August 2003 to September 2009. Heather also held the role of Associate Director of Development at Bard College from September 2005 to November 2006 and worked in the Annual Fund at Vassar College from September 2004 to September 2005.

Heather Deichler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vassar College from 1999 to 2002. Later, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, completing it from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Heather Deichler possesses a certification as an attorney licensed to practice in New York.
