Laura Griffin

Laura Griffin, SPHR SHRM-SCP, serves as the AVP of Human Resources at Lincoln Financial Group since June 2017, where responsibilities include driving HR and client strategic partner alignment across various areas, including talent management and leadership development. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Deluxe and Merrill Corporation, managing employee relations and compliance in multi-state and multinational environments. Laura also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Dealer's Advantage Warehouse, developing comprehensive HR policies and procedures, and has held positions in staffing and recruitment earlier in their career. Laura Griffin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from St. Catherine University.
