Michelle Simpson

Michelle Simpson, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Consultant for People Analytics & Reporting and Diversity & Inclusion Project Management & Analytics at Lincoln Financial since June 2021. Previously, Michelle worked at the Association for Materials Protection and Performance from October 2015 to June 2021 as a Manager of Exam Development, Design & Analysis, where responsibilities included facilitating workshops and maintaining exam quality for the corrosion industry. From November 2012 to October 2015, Michelle was a Public Education Researcher & Evaluation Specialist at Omaha Public Schools, focusing on evaluating educational programs for early childhood and K-12. Additionally, Michelle has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and as an Assistant Project Director at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, evaluating educational programs and conducting classroom observations. In earlier roles, Michelle served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Michelle holds a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a BA in Psychology from Bennett College.
